Celebrating 100 Posts to my AR blog. What a milestone!
What has posting 100 articles done for me?
1. Increased my Search Engine Rankings. I moved from page 10 to page 2 on Google for "land for sale in Alabama" and own 1st spot in 2 or 3 of my desired search terms. Also #1 for "Alabama Land Agent".
2. More Buyer and Seller Clients- I have had the opportunity to work with several land owners because they like the way I market properties and how my blog interacts with potential buyers. Potential buyers have called, emailed, and commented on blog articles. It has given me more credibility with prospects in my area.
3. Allowed me to write for Landthink.com. Landthink has generously made me a featured contributor, allowing me to reach tens of thousands of visitors each month. It has increased my platform for reaching prospective clients.
4. Job Opportunities- I have had two job opportunities as a direct result of my blogging about the rural land market in Alabama.
5. Fun- I have enjoyed the process of thinking through and posting 100x to AR. It is great professional development.
Thanks for letting me be a part of the community. I have certainly learned a lot from the other members, and look forward to continuing to participate in the conversation. I plan to keep on going. Who knows what the next 100 will bring?
